PGT360 for Real estate agents

Local marketing for real estate agents

Buyers and sellers usually choose an agent by name, after reading reviews and seeing whether that agent knows the area. PGT360 keeps your profile and website showing that knowledge, and answers every review in your voice.

The challenge

Why local marketing is hard for real estate agents

Agent, brokerage, or both

Clients often search for a person, but the brokerage has its own profile too. Each profile needs its own reviews and steady activity, without the two contradicting each other.

Years between moves

Most people buy or sell only every several years, so the agent they remember is the one who stayed in front of them. Regular posts and market articles do that quietly.

Advertising and fair housing rules

In most places your brokerage name has to appear in your advertising, and fair housing rules mean describing homes and amenities, not the people who live in an area. Content has to respect both.

Tips

3 tips that work for real estate agents

1

Write about homes and amenities, not people

Articles about parks, transit, housing styles and nearby schools help buyers and stay within fair housing rules. Avoid describing who lives in an area or who a home is "perfect for".

2

Add market numbers yourself

Prices and days on market change every month and come from your board or MLS. PGT360 never invents numbers, so add real figures yourself when you want them in an article.

3

Ask for the review at closing

Clients are most grateful the day they get the keys, not months later. Send the review link then, and ask them to mention what you helped with, like pricing or negotiating.

Questions

I am an agent at a brokerage. Can I use PGT360 for my own profile?

Yes, if you have your own verified Google Business Profile. Your posts link to the website on that profile, and you still follow your brokerage's rules on branding.

Can a brokerage run several agents' profiles?

Yes. The Agency plan runs up to 10 profiles on Autopilot from one account, each with its own schedule, language and website, with unlimited team members.

Will PGT360 post my listings?

Only what you write. You can post a listing with your own photo and a button to your website. PGT360 does not connect to MLS feeds and never invents prices.
