Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prime Global Technologies ("we", "us"), which provides PGT360. By creating an account you accept them. If you use PGT360 for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
PGT360 is a local marketing service. It helps you manage the Google Business Profiles and other accounts you are authorised to manage, including publishing content on a schedule you set, and provides the further services described on our website. Features marked "Soon" are not yet available and are not part of what you pay for until they launch.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- Only connect Google accounts and Business Profiles you are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for the content you publish, including that it is accurate and follows Google's content policies.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
- New workspaces may start with a 14-day free trial, once per workspace. A payment method is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and you are charged.
- Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in the currency shown when you subscribe (Canadian dollars, US dollars or Turkish lira) and exclude applicable taxes.
- You can cancel anytime from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Founding customer discounts stay in place while the subscription remains active.
Acceptable use
Do not use PGT360 to publish misleading, unlawful or infringing content, to spam, or to interfere with the service or Google's systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
PGT360 depends on Google's services and policies, which Google can change. We are not responsible for Google's decisions about your profile or posts. PGT360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PGT360 available and reliable but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PGT360 is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using PGT360 at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms. Sections on liability and governing law continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
