PGT360 for Law firms

Local marketing for law firms

People look for a lawyer at stressful moments, and they read reviews and articles to judge who will explain things clearly. PGT360 keeps your profile active, drafts careful replies for you to approve and publishes plain-language articles in your firm's name.

The challenge

Why local marketing is hard for law firms

Advertising rules apply

Law societies and state bars set rules on what lawyers may say in marketing, including claims about results and specialisation. Every post and article has to stay factual.

Confidentiality in every reply

A reply to a review must not confirm that someone was a client or discuss their matter, even when the review is unfair. That makes quick, careless replies risky.

Questions come before the first call

Before they contact a firm, people search questions like what happens at a closing or whether they need a will. The firms that answer clearly are the ones they call.

Tips

3 tips that work for law firms

1

Never argue a case in a reply

Even a negative review that gets the facts wrong deserves a short, polite reply that does not confirm a client relationship. Offer to talk privately and leave it there.

2

Label articles as general information

A line saying an article is general information, not legal advice, fits most professional rules. Ask for it under "How you like things written" and check that it appears.

3

Ask for reviews when the file is closed

A short note with the review link once the matter is finished feels natural and avoids pressure while the work is underway. Some places restrict testimonials, so check your own rules first.

Questions

Will AI replies discuss a client's matter?

They should not, and you check that. With "Ask me first", the default, every reply waits for you to read and edit before it is published, and low ratings always wait for a person.

Do the articles count as legal advice?

They are general information written from the facts you give about your firm. Read them against your law society or state bar rules, and edit anything you want changed.

Can each lawyer have their own profile in PGT360?

Yes, if each lawyer has a verified Google profile. Every profile on Autopilot counts as a location, and the Agency plan runs up to 10.
