Privacy Policy

PGT360 is a service of Prime Global Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use pgt360.com and the PGT360 app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, write to hello@pgt360.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and, if you turn it on, two-factor authentication settings.
• Business information: the business name and timezone you enter, and the posts you write or queue.
• Google account data: when you connect Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and access tokens, and we read the Business Profiles you manage (name, location identifier, website and review link), their reviews and their performance numbers (views, calls, website clicks and direction requests). We use this only to publish your posts, show and answer your reviews, and build your reports.
• Facebook and Instagram data: if you connect Facebook, we receive the Pages you manage, their linked Instagram business accounts and Page access tokens, and we use them only to publish the posts you schedule to those accounts.
• Your customers' requests: when someone sends a quote request through a PGT360 form or website, we store the name, contact details and message they enter, and pass them to the business they wrote to. We process this information on that business's behalf.
• Website and article content: the text, photos and articles you create for your PGT360 website or WordPress site, and the WordPress application password you provide, which we store encrypted.
• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your billing name, address, tax ID if you provide one, and the last four digits and type of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use Google user data

PGT360 requests the business.manage permission so it can list the Business Profiles you manage, publish posts to them on your schedule, read and reply to their reviews, and read their performance numbers for your reports. To suggest a reply, the text of a review is sent to our AI writing provider (Anthropic), which processes it only to write the suggestion and does not use it to train its models. Your best reviews can appear on your PGT360 website if you choose to create one. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

PGT360's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect PGT360 at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then stop all access immediately.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: publish posts and articles, suggest and publish review replies, host your website, collect quote requests, build reports and send account emails, alerts and reports.
• To bill you and manage your subscription.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To tell you about important changes to the service. Marketing emails are sent only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run PGT360, under contracts that protect it: our web hosting provider, Cloudflare (network and security), Stripe (payments), our email provider and Anthropic (AI writing of review replies, articles and website text). Posts, replies and articles are sent to Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and your WordPress site because publishing them there is the service you asked for. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your account data, quote requests, and Google and Meta tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, Google tokens are encrypted, and staff access to the admin area requires two-factor authentication.

Your rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by contacting hello@pgt360.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, Québec's Law 25, US state privacy laws or Türkiye's KVKK give you these rights, and we honour them for everyone.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

PGT360 is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify account owners by email before they take effect.
